Internet dating is the trend nowadays. A lot of people are hooked to it, in fact my friends and even some of my co-workers are actually into it. I can even say that they’re obsessed in it. I couldn’t it but i think it’s ridiculous for them to spend every night after work in front of their computer and search for their potential match online. Look at it this way, why would you spend the night in front of an online list of people when you could go out and meet people face to face?
Don’t get me wrong, Internet dating has already given way for people to meet their partners and they are actually living their lives quite happily. But, with that in mind, you still have to consider the risks involved in Internet dating. Let me lead you through it.

Everybody can access Internet dating sites and you never know if the person you are attracted to is not the one in the profile photo. Scammers and hackers are scattered everywhere and they lobby mostly in Internet dating sites because they know that beautiful persons are the weakness of the people seeking partners in life. Oh don’t tell me you don’t want to meet that guy with a cute smile? Their profile photo is that only way for you to assess how they look and scammers take advantage of this. They use very attractive photos of innocent people and use this profile to ask money from people. So you have to be very careful when engaging in online dating, you never know if it’s a scammer.
